Retreat, Retreat…
December 21st, 2008
With Tilt in a new place, Jess and I have taken the road to Shepherdstown, WV. We are staying in a perfect German Inn on the water and have been exploring the town today. There is so much to do and we are embracing the entire scene. So far, we have been to two cafe’s and are planning on another for lunch! Starting with sunrise, the ideas have been flowing. Along with real work, such as goal building and brainstorming, our heads are starting to hurt already!

After reviewing our business plan this morning and all our notes from the past year, we quickly realized that we have about 20 versions of our visions and goals. Which ones should we pick? LET’S GET ORGANIZED!
Our plan for the rest of the day is to focus on financials (exciting) and educating ourselves on our business. Sounds like a good plan! Thanks to our fantastic staff for holding down the fort and allowing us to step out and grow our brand to the next level…
