At TILT we are getting excited to start and build our UK office from the ground up. But that's not all! We are also hiring for LA and Shanghai offices in the next 12 months. This means we need to hire the right people who have like-minded energy and ideas to what we are doing.
We have been as large as 18 people and as small as 3 people and our team size is dependent on the projects that we are working on and the strength of our cash flow. As a creative group of talented people we like the ebb and flow of change.
Our employees are set up with a computer and phone and work out of a home office or shared desk space in a community office. We offer a fully flexible schedule to maximize creativity. We are not micro-managers, but we certainly like communication and we insist on twice weekly calls.
Benefits
All our benefits packages are the same –
- Healthcare (including Dental and Vision) through BlueCross BlueShield 80/20
- 3 weeks (15 days) of holiday, sick and personal days, major US and/or UK holidays plus week between Christmas and New Year's
- 2% IRA free and clear
- $2,000/£1200 towards continuing education each year
What does it mean to be like-minded? Our people are creativity-oriented, interested in the environment and passionate about children and food. They must be self-motivated, organized and willing to do whatever it takes to make a project fully realized. Please only apply if you fit that criteria.
