Vox Populi in Latin means Voice of the People. In Boston, MA we created a menu for this ever changing restaurant. The primary objective was to explore the thought between connecting and sharing ideas across a table. This menu was meant to be a bit like a story and to get people engaged in the message. With famous celebrities attached, we used the words of the most visible to make people talk. There were more than 5 versions of this prototype.

It is important to have our own clear cut and defined brand. For years, we have focused on our customer work and the Tilt brand was certainly of lesser importance. Baltimore: The Urban Forest Project was our foundation (Tilt Studio Foundation) event for 2007/08. It went outside the box to help create awareness for the environment. Working with artists and designers in and around Baltimore, we requested designs based on trees and sustainability. The designs were printed as 9′ banners and hung on street poles for 11 weeks. At the end of the project we made them into tote bags and sold them. The proceeds went to benefit TreeBaltimore.

International Paper and Lindenmeyr Munroe (we also built their eCommerce site) came to us this year with a unique proposition, to bring their very well received PaperRep Tool to an online platform and to incorporate 80% more environmental language. Through our research with our Tilt Studio Foundation, we have credibility in the enviromental forestry sector and we applied the research that we did through TreeBaltimore to this opportunity. The outcome has been remarkable. Check out a preview here.

Floura Teeter Landscape Architects is a Baltimore based firm that puts their energy into high-level creative work. Their landscapes are reflective of their passion for the outdoors and communicating a message about the space. We developed their tagline and we landing on “working from the inside out” since that is the way that they work.
We designed a full brand for their company with everything from a logo mark to the job site signage. Their launch package included video marketing and the back of their business cards were unique and mimicked the personality of the card holder.
